The Woodhouse Brothers have trained many young men and women over the years, Some of these trainees have become foremen, linemen, assemblers, operators and trainers in the transmission line industry.

The trainees have also adopted the Woodhouse Brothers values of safety, quality, production, and strong work ethics.
